Services: Life Styles Shredding Co. can provide your company with a letter of agreement that defines our service as compliant with HIPAA regulations and the disposal of Protected Health Information. The Shredding Company is open to the public on Monday 9-12 and Tuesday and Wednesday 1-4 p.m. If these times do not fit with the customers schedule an appointment can be made to meet the customers M-F at the shredding site. There is no need for your employees to sort paper, folders, binders, or remove staples and paper clips; our employees will do this, when necessary. We request that you sort any CD’s, floppies, etc.

Personnel: Our manager and trainers are employees of Life Styles, Inc. All employees have passed background checks including: state and federal criminal background checks, abuse and neglect, drug screens, and traffic violation reports. Because the Department of Human Services licenses our agency, all employees are trained in confidentiality and privacy regulations, and compliance is required. We understand your concerns! Our employees are bonded and fully insured, and specific information is available through our Director of Employment Services and our Accounting Manager.

Location: Our location at the old Washington Regional Medical Center building on North Street is a secure space with controlled access and no ‘through traffic’. Interior and exterior access is locked when FSC staff is not present.

Cost: Price is $20.00 up to 100 pounds and 15 cents per pound afterwards.
